The Oath of Office

The U.S. President swears this Oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The Vice-President, cabinet members and senior appointed officials, members of Congress, and members of the Supreme Court take the following sacred oath of office:

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

To most of these legislators, the Oath of Office is simply a perfunctory tradition. Maintaining the mendacity is a travesty unimagined by the Founders and Framers! Some of the main offenses worthy of their impeachment and removal from office are:

• Operating outside of their constitutionally enumerated powers
• Promoting a massively oppressive and unconstitutional government takeover of our healthcare system
• Illegally mandating all citizens to purchase health insurance against our will.
• Avoiding a government that is “of the people, by the people and for the people.”
  Impeding citizens’ access to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
• Straying from The United States Constitution and founding values and traditions.
• Restricting citizens of personal freedom to excel and succeed in free enterprise.
• Plunging America into socialism and totalitarianism, global concessions of U.S. sovereignty.
• Berating and condemning the actions of the United States before other nations.
• Acting illegally by nationalizing significant segments of the U.S. automobile, banking, housing, and (if they get their way) healthcare industries.
• Appointing more than 30 czars to important policy positions in the executive branch and currently immune from congressional advice and consent and oversight requirements.
• Allowing Judges of the inferior courts to legislate from the bench.
• Granting captured terrorists the same constitutional due process rights as American citizens.
• Supporting the Federal Reserve and the United Nations.
• Avoiding Obama’s eligibility question.

The appeal to God in an oath, implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. Who Is This Guy?

We cannot recall when the facts about a sitting President, such as who raised him, where he grew up, where he went to school and his professional career, were shrouded in so much mystery. One has to wonder why his supporters refused to concern themselves with these matters before he was elected. Opposing sides agree the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate is a distraction. Obama says it distracts from his important work; his opponents say it diverts attention from his train-wreck presidency. Does the following account, emailed to this blog on April 27, point to a Constitutional crisis or perpetuate a conspiracy theory?

As an IRS tax examiner, one of my many former federal jobs, I have seen before what Barry Soetoro appears to have done, attempted mostly by illegal aliens to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new [identity]. Barry Soetoro a/k/a Obama was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry’s name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro (Barry’s own admission). Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen (again, Barry’s own admission). The adoption would be noted in Barry’s vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate or Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry’s legal birth father. The public does not know for sure who Barry’s father really was, and Barry himself may not know.

Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia, and he attended a Catholic-funded school that permitted all faiths to attend. Barry’s mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer her legal dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grandparents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry’s mother divorced.

A Certificate of Live Birth can have names changed on it, including a child’s birth name and birth parents’ names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a Certificate of Live Birth. This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother.) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc. I can get a Certificate of Live Birth for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried.)
There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama. There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name Barack Hussein Obama. I’m willing to bet the name Barack Hussein Obama is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet, and that doesn’t make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.

The public knows Barry Soetoro finished high school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and attended Occidental as Barry Soetoro where he flunked out of school. After dropping out of Occidental, Barry showed up in New York, homeless (Barry’s own admission.). Barry then hooked up with a Pakistani to live with and traveled back to Indonesia on his new friend’s dime to renew his Indonesian passport and traveled to Pakistan with him.

Barry went from homelessness to a world traveler with a degree. Barry Soetoro returned to New York from Pakistan and began using the fictitious name “Obama” for some reason (again, Barry Soetoro’s own admission). Maybe he had a reason to start using a new name.

After spending some time in New York, allegedly working under the name “Obama,” it appears Barry used the fictitious name “Barack Hussein Obama” for the first time to file his federal taxes in Connecticut at a Post Office box for the purpose of evading paying taxes in New York and /or to establish a new identity. (This is a felony with no statute of limitations.)

When the IRS received Barry Soetoro’s federal tax filing, the IRS could not attach the name Barrack Hussein Obama to the SSI number provided or the address provided. So, the IRS assigned to the fictitious name “Barack Hussein Obama” a tax ID number for a person from Connecticut (where Barry unlawfully filed a federal tax form using a false name). Barry Soetoro began using the tax ID number as his SSI number when using the fictitious name Barack Obama. This is why Barry Soetoro has a Connecticut SSI number. When I worked for the IRS, I saw this occur more than once and, yes, it is a felony to knowingly file fraudulent federal tax forms. Politicians who cheat on their taxes can claim it was an accident, but using a fake name is no accident.

It appears Barry left New York for Chicago using his new identity to get a job. He likely ordered a fake diploma to bolster his new identity as “Obama.” Fake diplomas were very big in the 80s, and diploma mills were even being used by federal workers to get promotions. There is evidence his attendance at Columbia was faked (Barry never attended Columbia), and Barry lied his way into Harvard (he had no transcripts to get in), including telling the Saudi royal family he was fighting in Afghanistan with the Muslim jihad against the Russians so they would help him get into a law school.

The Saudis apparently loved Barry’s story of jihad in Pakistan/Afghanistan and paid for him to attend Harvard under the name “Obama.” The Saudi family has admitted to paying for Obama to attend Harvard, and they gave Harvard a gift of $20 million. Harvard, in turn, named its special attendee as president of the law review – a person who never wrote a single law review. I guess that is what $20 million buys at Harvard.

It is unlikely Barry was a jihadist. I think this is the story Barry told the Saudis.

Barry’s Selective Service registration is not normal:

After I looked at his Selective Service filing, I noticed it was most likely fraudulent, based on the name he used. Barry did not start using the name “Obama” until he returned from Pakistan (long after he flunked out of school in California). His Selective Service record (maintained in Chicago, coincidentally) shows he registered at a Hawaiian post office as “Obama” in September 1980. Problem: Barry was getting high in California at Occidental in September 1980 (Barry’s own admission) and was not using the fictitious name “Obama” at that time. Again, Barry began using the fictitious name “Obama” only after he returned from Pakistan. The Selective Service filing is fraudulent. NOTE - On the Selective Service registration, Barry did not have the Connecticut Tax ID number he used on the registration until after he began using the name “Obama” in New York – more evidence his Selective Service filing is fraudulent.
 

Barry returned to Chicago and attended a semi-Christian radical black church with Michelle. Barry admits keeping in touch with Phil Boener, who traveled to New York from Occidental to be with Barry. Barry still could not get a real job because he was still a fraud. Even with his Harvard degree in hand, he could lie and take the Bar exam, but he could not work as a lawyer for a major law firm without a background investigation, and he would never pass one. So, Michelle got Barry a job at her law firm. Barry never filed a case alone and never filed a motion. He wrote mostly memos according to the law firm where Barry worked. (I think they know Barry is a fraud and don’t want to be sued by previous clients.) Barry rescinded his law licenses so as not to be disbarred for fraud. The Bar knows Barry lied on his application. Michelle also turned over her law license following her involvement in corruption with the Chicago mayor’s office.

With time on his hands, Barry was able to get elected to a state office, oddly because he looked for fraud in his opponent’s voter registrations and got his opponent disqualified from running. Barry, a well-versed liar, was a natural in state politics. He used his political influence to get himself a position as a lecturer at Chicago’s law school. Barry embellished this position as a “professor of law,” which is completely false. Barry was not a professor or even a specialist at anything but lying. On a whim Barry ran for U.S. Senate for the state of Illinois. Politicians do this to make a name for themselves, even if they can’t win. At the time, Republican Jack Ryan was a shoo-in for the senate seat, so no real Democrat contenders entered the race, but Barry did. On a fluke after the primary, Ryan’s wife Jeri Ryan’s (Borg Seven of Nine from Star Trek) claims became public that her husband had bizarre ideas about sex. Ryan dropped out, and Alan Keyes moved from Maryland to run against Barry. The election got all kinds of press because there were no blacks in the U.S. Senate, and one of these black men was going to be a senator. Alan Keyes did his best to warn everyone Barry was not who he claimed to be, but the public saw Keyes as a carpetbagger. Barry kept the lies going. Illinois elected Barry to U.S. Senate. The Democrats had already begun scrubbing Barry’s background when Ryan dropped out.

Phil, Barry’s friend from Occidental, was found working in California as a communications specialist (receptionist) for a dental hygienist school and given a diploma from Columbia and a cover story. The rest of Barry’s friends were all given jobs or money to keep quiet. Because Barry was such a newsmaker, he became keynote speaker for the Democrats’ convention. Barry then decided to run for president and kept the lie going. No one thought to question Barry’s background in the Democratic Party; they helped cover it up. The only person jumping up and down warning that Barry was not who he claimed to be was Alan Keyes, and he was discarded as just an angry loser. .

The Buzz

City watchdogs have for years asked Councilman Frank Ury to supply information about his employer and other sources of income. Without such data, conflicts of interest are unknown. How many jobs has he had during his six years on the council, including his consulting business? In 2009, he was working for ICW Group (an insurance company with offices in San Diego), but no one seems to know where he works today or if he has a job.

If the redistricting process results in splitting the 71st Assembly District, would Ury receive support from the Orange County Republican Party if he ran for the new Assembly seat? His endorsement of a Democrat in the 2010 city election should have ended any Republican Party support for him. A former Republican officeholder said of Ury, “His only consistent ideology is self-promotion.”

With the November 2012 General Election 18 months away, challengers posturing for Mission Viejo City Council include political flamethrowers Greg Woodard and Wendy Bucknum. Two council seats will be up for grabs in 2012, and incumbent Cathy Schlicht has indicated she’ll run again. Ury is the other incumbent up for reelection. Anyone watching council meetings can observe Ury’s lack of concern for city business or his constituents. An elected official who knows Ury well says he is enduring the boredom of council meetings because he wants to run for the OC Board of Supervisors when Pat Bates terms out in 2014.

The two sides that vied for control of the California Republican Assembly during the April 15-17 CRA election are still at odds. The losers (supporting challenger Karen England for CRA president) circulated an email last week, soliciting $25 donations from members on their side to continue a lawsuit against CRA. The effort is primarily led by one person on behalf of delegates who were deemed ineligible to vote in the April 17 election. Taking part in the shenanigans was Greg Woodard, identified as “Newbie” in his posts on another blog. Newbie entered local politics during Mission Viejo’s battle over Measure D, which was on the June 2010 ballot. Those opposing the measure, including Newbie, launched a campaign of lies funded by a special interest group from out of town. Newbie lied again last week, claiming he has been a CRA member for “about a year and a half.” Those who know him say he joined in November 2010.

Obama on April 27 released a copy of his "long form" Certificate of Live Birth. This should not be confused with the original birth certificate, requested by those questioning his eligibility. But, it doesn’t matter if he were born in Hawaii, Texas, Maine, Florida or any other U.S. state. A candidate for U.S. president must be natural born to citizen parents (reflects 16th Century English law). Remember, Obama’s father was Kenyan, thus disqualifying Obama from presidential candidacy. It’s a matter of national security. For by qualifying as a natural born candidate, all risk of allegiance to any other country is hereby avoided. Because the Framers did not want a candidate that had any allegiance to any other country (especially England), they designated “natural born.” This issue is not going away.
