City of Mission Viejo Planning and Transportation Commission will meet Mon., July 11, 6:30 p.m., City Hall, 200 Civic Center. On the agenda is UDR-Inc.’s proposal to change its council-approved plan from 250 condos to 320 apartments with a four-story parking structure. The proposed site is the former Kmart property, 28601 Los Alisos Blvd. Residents who are concerned about the impact of this change are urged to attend the meeting, fill out written-comment forms and/or speak from the public microphone.
