The Healthcare Mandate?
Deliverance of liberty from tyranny is the heart cry of the Declaration of Independence, “the right to live in freedom....against bullish intrusions of big government.” In the Preamble to the Constitution, WE THE PEOPLE call upon the Union to “secure the blessings of liberty,” not to apply the chains of tyranny. The “individual mandate” of Obamacare (you must buy healthcare from the government or else be fined/go to jail) is not constitutional, and it violates individual and States’ sovereignties (Amendments 9 and 10).

The Federal Reserve?
The Constitution calls for a U.S. “Treasury” only (Article 1, Sec 5), never a para-funding Federal Reserve Agency that prints and distributes paper money without consent of Congress, sending great sums to domestic and foreign country banks, etc.

The DHS/TSA Airport Screening?
Present airport screening violates citizens’ 4th Amendment rights; “…the right of the people to live in confidence of their personal safety…against unreasonable searches and confiscations…without a warrant, without probable cause…describing in detail the location to be searched or the person or thing to be seized.” Wrongly, all travelers are considered guilty until proven innocent by unreasonable searches.

The President’s Eligibility?
A Presidential candidate is required to be “one born of citizen parents” (Article 2, Sec 1) so that his allegiance to the United States is not at risk by compromise to non-American interests and loyalties. It’s a matter of national security.
