1. Waive Reading of Ordinances and Resolutions Recommended Action: Approve the reading by title of all ordinances and resolutions and declare that said titles which appear on the public agenda shall be determined to have been read by title and further reading waived.
2. City Council Minutes Recommended Action: Approve the Minutes for the regular City Council Meeting of September 20, 2010, as presented or as amended.
3. Check Register dated September 10, 2010, in the amount of $2,446,503.10 Recommended Action: Ratify the accompanying check register.
4. Second Amendment to Cooperative Agreement C-9-0467 for Go Local Bus/Shuttle Service Planning Recommended Action: Approve Second Amendment to Cooperative Agreement C-9-0467 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and the City of Mission Viejo for Go Local Bus/Shuttle Service Planning.
5. Removal and Replacement of the City of Mission Viejo Library and Civic Center / Saddleback Room Carpet and Flooring Recommended Action: Approve the plans and specifications, and authorize staff to obtain bids for the removal and replacement of the Library and Civic Center/Saddleback Room carpet and flooring
6. Grant Application for the Marguerite Parkway Median Island Civic Core Enhancement Project through OCTA Transportation Enhancement Act Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution 2010-XX authorizing the submittal of a grant application for funds for the OCTA Transportation Enhancement (TE) Program under the Jobs for 2005 Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Act.
